Reporting gender pay gaps

The Equality and Human Rights Commission has launched a voluntary scheme for reporting on gender pay gaps in the private sector - something that very few firms currently do. But many HR professionals feel that transparency will do little to tackle the deep-rooted causes of gender pay inequality. This feature explains what employers are expected to report on and how.
