Reasonable adjustments in relation to disability: checklist


We provide a checklist to help employers meet the obligation to make reasonable adjustments in relation to disabled employees and job applicants. 

Employers must take reasonable steps to prevent a provision, criterion or practice, or a physical feature of the premises, from placing a disabled person at a substantial disadvantage compared with non-disabled people.
