Salary survey participant terms and conditions


Participant subscription rates to XpertHR Salary Survey services are conditional on submission of pay data relating to the subscribing organisation ("Pay Data") in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

Participant subscription rates are 50% of non-participant subscription rates. 

  1. Pay Data must be submitted in the spreadsheets provided and in accordance with the dates and guidelines set out in the spreadsheets and related guidance notes. 
  2. Pay Data will be added to the XpertHR Salary Surveys database and may be aggregated with that of other organisations to produce a range of salary data products. 
  3. You must submit Pay Data by the deadline date set out in the spreadsheets and related guidance notes and respond in a timely fashion to any queries raised by XpertHR about the data. Pay Data must include all relevant employees unless with XpertHR's written agreement. 
  4. Pay Data must not include names or other information which allows named individuals to be identified. 
  5. If you fail to supply your Pay Data by the deadline your subscription will automatically be converted to a non-participation subscription for the full subscription period and you will be invoiced for the balance of the non-participation subscription fee due. Invoices are payable within 28 days.
