Podcast: Sick pay schemes and personal internet use at work
On this week's XpertHR Weekly, we look at the XpertHR survey on sick pay schemes, which examines benefit levels and sick pay policies and procedures; and discuss an employment tribunal case in which the tribunal found that an employer fairly dismissed an employee for excessive personal internet use during working hours, despite the fact that it did not have a formal policy on staff use of the internet.
Presenter Clio Springer is joined by Sheila Attwood and Stephen Simpson. Edited by Clio Springer.
