Podcast: Disability harassment and employee loans

On this week's XpertHR Weekly, we discuss the employment tribunal decision in Quigley v London Borough of Lewisham ET/2300679/09, in which the tribunal made the unusual finding that a disabled job applicant was subjected to harassment when he was accidentally sent an internal email that he felt was dismissive of his application. We also look at the precautions that employers should take when giving financial loans to employees.
