Time is running out to enter the Personnel Today Awards 2011, the most
prestigious awards evening in the HR profession.
Established in 1998, the awards identify those HR teams making the biggest
impact with their people policies and delivering great results for their
organisation.
There are 19 awards to enter, including categories such as HR
Director of the Year, the HR
Rising Star Award, the Award
for Reward & Benefits and the Award
for Workplace Diversity.
Last year’s winners included big names such as Lloyds Bank, McDonald’s, Royal
Mail and KPMG, alongside smaller organisations such as Paul, ATS Euromaster and
Azzurri Communications.
Two new categories have been launched this year to reflect the changing shape
of HR. The Award
for Innovation in Dispute Resolution recognises efforts taken by an HR team
to develop and embed a system for resolving workplace disputes, grievances and
complaints, while the Award
for Excellence in Global HR will go to the organisation that provides the
most compelling evidence of joined-up thinking across geographic
boundaries.
The awards entry deadline is Friday 24 June. Shortlists
are announced later in the summer, with around 1,000 people attending the big
night on 23 November at the Park Lane Hilton in London.
