Podcast: Agency Workers Regulations 2010; and social media

On this week's XpertHR Weekly, we discuss the impact of the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/93), which afford agency workers equal treatment to directly employed staff in relation to basic working and employment conditions. We also discuss the effect of social media, the potential risks for employers from employees' use of social media and the measures that employers can take to protect themselves against those risks.
