Bad management could be costing UK businesses more than £19 billion
in lost working hours every year, according to a survey published today by the
Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
The CMI's report suggests that three-quarters of employees waste almost two
hours of their working time every week because of their managers' inefficiency. |
