Bonus schemes 2011: providing an incentive


While there has been a good deal of negative coverage in the media of the substantial, and some would say excessive, bonuses received by senior executives, many junior employees are also eligible for incentive-related payments over and above their basic salary. We review current policy and practice, based on the experiences of 128 employers.
