Nestlé fined following factory fatality

Nestlé UK has been fined £180,000, with £41,826 costs, after an employee was killed at its Halifax factory. The HSE's investigating inspector, Jackie Ferguson, said that Nestlé had ignored HSE advice that would have prevented the incident and that its negligence was "inexcusable".
