The Regulations amend the Local Government Pension Scheme (Benefits, Membership and Contributions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 (SR 2009/32) and the Local Government Pension Scheme (Administration) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 (SR 2009/33).
