The latest addition to the XpertHR good practice manual provides guidance on conducting employee engagement surveys.
The good practice guide explains: how to decide on the scope and design of an employee engagement survey; how to analyse the results of the survey; the importance of reporting on the results of the survey; and how to take action to address the issues that the survey identifies. It also provides tips on encouraging employees to respond to the survey and discusses how to work effectively with an external survey provider.
