New PowerPoint presentations on redundancy and time off for dependants

PowerPoint presentations to accompany the line manager briefings on collective redundancies, individual redundancies and time off for dependants have been added to the XpertHR line manager briefing section. 

The XpertHR PowerPoint presentations follow the guidance contained in the line manager briefings. Employers can use them to train managers on dealing with issues that they are likely to come across on a day-to-day basis.
