On this week's XpertHR Weekly, we discuss the employment tribunal decision in Stone v Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Ltd ET/1400762/11, a pregnancy discrimination case in which the tribunal took the rare step of recommending that the employer provide training for its managers and HR team on maternity rights. We also discuss the tribunal decision in Crisp v Iceland Foods Ltd ET/1604478/11 & ET/1600000/12, a disability discrimination case involving an employee who suffered from panic attacks, in which the tribunal also used its power to make recommendations in relation to the wider workforce.
