Employment law manual update: new discipline and grievances chapter


The XpertHR employment law manual has been enhanced by the addition of a new chapter on discipline and grievances. 

We have also made changes to the sections in the discipline and grievances chapter to reflect changes that we will be making to the overall format of the employment law manual. We have added links to additional resources, such as relevant frequently asked questions, policies and documents and other useful XpertHR guidance, at the end of each subsection. This is to give subscribers easy access to further information relating to the specific subject being researched. For example, in the new section on disciplinary rules and procedures, at the end of the subsection on dealing with poor performance, we have added, among others, links to Handling an underperforming employee - a guide, an Improved performance review procedure and a model Letter to an employee confirming his or her dismissal for unsatisfactory performance due to lack of capability
