The XpertHR employment law manual has been enhanced by the addition of a new chapter on working time.
We have also made changes to the sections in the working time chapter to reflect changes that we will be making to the overall format of the employment law manual. We have added links to additional resources, such as relevant frequently asked questions, policies and documents and other useful XpertHR guidance, at the end of each subsection. This is to give subscribers easy access to further information relating to the specific subject being researched. For example, in the new section on holiday and holiday pay, at the end of the subsection on holiday and sickness absence, we have added, among others, links to Dealing effectively with sickness that occurs during or just before a period of holiday - a guide, a Holiday entitlement on long-term sickness absence policy and Contract clause on employees falling sick during holiday. |
