On this week's XpertHR Weekly, we discuss the right to time off to perform
public duties, including which public duties are covered by the right; how much
time off employees are entitled to; and whether or not employees have to give
notice to their employer when they want to take time off. We also discuss
the safeguards protecting individuals from unfair treatment in relation to
pensions auto-enrolment, which apply to all employers from 1 July
2012.
Presenter Jeya Thiruchelvam is joined by Clio Springer and
Madeleine Graham. Edited and produced by Luke Smith.
