Employee benefits: car allowances now more common than company cars


The majority of UK employers provide either a company car or a car allowance to at least some of their employees. However, for the first time, employers are now more likely to offer their employees a car allowance rather than a company car, according to XpertHR's survey of benefits and allowances packages in 356 organisations.
