Demise of final-salary pensions continues

With the issue of pensions rarely out of the news, and a diverse array of pension arrangements in place across the UK, this part of our 2012 benefits and allowances survey examines the current picture in respect of this critical benefit. We also look at three benefits that are valued highly by employees: long-service awards, childcare provision and internal discounts.
