Retail-sector pay up 2.5% over the past year


Pay settlement levels in the retail sector have increased over the past year, largely as a result of the latest increase to the national minimum wage. But with a lower increase pencilled in for October 2012, could we see a turnaround in the fortunes of pay awards in the sector over the coming year?
