The complete results data from the latest annual XpertHR Benchmarking survey of absence rates and costs have just been published. 

The latest survey is based on responses from 390 organisations with a combined workforce of nearly 1.2 million employees. The results data relate to the complete 2011 calendar year.

We've just published the XpertHR absence benchmarking dashboard for 2012/13. 

XpertHR's absence benchmarking dashboard provides access to a wide range of data resources to help you measure and monitor the levels, costs and causes of sickness absence at your organisation. 

This practical tool for HR professionals brings together latest XpertHR data, alongside information from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) and other external sources.
