The XpertHR employment law manual has been enhanced by the addition of a new chapter on TUPE.
We have also made changes to the sections in the TUPE chapter to reflect changes that we will be making to the overall format of the employment law manual. We have added links to additional resources, such as relevant frequently asked questions, policies and documents and other useful XpertHR guidance, at the end of each subsection. This is to give subscribers easy access to further information relating to the specific subject being researched. For example, in the new section on informing and consulting prior to transfers, at the end of the subsection on the obligation to consult, we have added, among others, links to a good practice guide on TUPE
and a model letter to employee representatives starting consultation on measures in relation to affected employees. |
