Employment law manual update: new chapter on information and consultation

The XpertHR employment law manual has been enhanced by the addition of a new chapter on information and consultation.

We have also made changes to the sections in these chapters to reflect changes that we will be making to the overall format of the employment law manual. We have added links to additional resources, such as relevant frequently asked questions, policies and documents and other useful XpertHR guidance, at the end of each subsection. This is to give subscribers easy access to further information relating to the specific subject being researched. For example, in the new section on information and consultation of employees (ICE Regulations), at the end of the subsection on application, we have added a link to worked examples on the application of information and consultation legislation and at the end of the subsection on pre-existing agreements we have added a link to a model agreement on information and consultation with employees
