On this week's XpertHR Weekly, we discuss the employment tribunal decision in Keohane v Commissioner of Police for the Metropolis ET/3300265/2011 & ET/3300293/2012, an unusual case against the Metropolitan Police that involves direct discrimination against a dog handler who was required to return a police dog during maternity leave, which damaged her career progression and denied her opportunities for overtime.
