considers employer's "due cause" for dismissing manager under
contract In Shaw v B&W Group Ltd EAT/0583/11, the
Employment Appeal Tribunal held that the employment tribunal took the wrong
approach in a breach of contract claim when it concentrated on the
reasonableness of the employer's belief that it had "due cause" under the
contract of employment to dismiss the manager, rather than considering whether
or not his conduct might be regarded as repudiatory.
