Podcast: Pay prospects; and collective redundancy consultation

On this week's XpertHR Weekly, we discuss pay trends during 2012 and pay prospects for 2013. We also discuss recent case law on collective redundancy consultation, including the decision in United States of America v Nolan Case C-583/10 ECJ, in which the European Court of Justice decided that it does not have jurisdiction to hear the reference from the Court of Appeal seeking clarification on when the obligation to consult on collective redundancies is triggered.
