Government publishes new employment tribunal rules
The Government has published the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/1237), which include the new Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure.
The creation of a new set of rules from scratch was recommended by the former President of the Employment Appeal Tribunal, Mr Justice Underhill, following his review of the existing rules.
