Government announces dates for employment law changes

The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills has published an "indicative timetable" giving further details of when the provisions of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 are expected to come into force, including the repeal of the third-party harassment provisions of the Equality Act 2010 and the introduction of early conciliation through Acas.
