Podcast: Associative disability discrimination

On this week's XpertHR Weekly, we discuss two employment tribunal cases that deal with associative disability discrimination. We discuss Price v Action-Tec Services Ltd t/a Associated Telecom Solutions ET/1304312/2011, in which the employee was discriminated against because she required time off due to her husband's illness. We also discuss Graham v Simpson Print Ltd ET/2504738/2012, in which the employee unsuccessfully argued that he was forced to resign because of his association with a disabled person, namely his father who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

Presenter Jeya Thiruchelvam is joined by Stephen Simpson. Edited and produced by Luke Smith.
