Clause wording: The Employee will be entitled to [ ] working days' paid holiday in each holiday year, plus any public holidays granted by the company. If the employee joins or leaves the Employer during a holiday year he/she will be entitled to a proportion of his/her holiday entitlement based on the period of his/her employment in that holiday year.
