Clause wording: Under the Working Time Regulations 1998 the employee is entitled to a minimum number of days' paid annual leave per annum. Your holiday entitlement will be this statutory minimum, which will increase from four weeks to 4.8 weeks for leave years beginning on or after 1 October 2007 (the increase will be pro-rated for leave years that begin before, and include, 1 October 2007), and to 5.6 weeks for leave years beginning on or after 1 April 2009 (the increase will be pro-rated for leave years that begin before, and include, 1 April 2009).
