Clause wording: Upon termination of your employment except in the circumstances defined below, you will be entitled to pay in lieu of any outstanding holiday entitlement.

In the event that you are summarily dismissed or leave the Employer's employment without giving proper notice under your contract of employment, your entitlement to pay in lieu of outstanding holiday entitlement will be restricted to statutory entitlement, and any entitlement to pay in lieu of contractual holiday over and above the statutory minimum will not be paid to you.
