Clause wording: Whilst the timing of all holidays must be
approved in advance by the employee's [head of department], and such approval
may not be given where business requirements dictate otherwise, the Employer
will always seek, wherever possible, to allow employees to use their holiday
entitlement to observe special religious holidays.
