Clause wording:The employee shall be entitled to parental
leave on the same terms as and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the
Employment Rights Act 1996 and the Maternity and Parental Leave etc Regulations
1999.
Management approval must be sought at least three
weeks prior to the commencement of parental leave and a copy of the child's
birth certificate must be produced on request. |
