When to use this model parental leave clause
Use this model contract clause to set out an employee's entitlement to parental leave.
Clause wording
The employee shall be entitled to parental
leave on the same terms as and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the
Employment Rights Act 1996 and the Maternity and Parental Leave etc Regulations
