When to use this model holiday accrual policy

Use this model policy to give employees the opportunity to accrue holiday for a special trip.

Policy wording

The Employer will consider any request to carry over unused holiday entitlement from one holiday year to the next where this is to enable an employee to accrue holiday for a special trip.
