Clause wording:

General

(A) You shall during your employment with the Company:

(i) devote the whole of your time, attention and skill to such duties as may be assigned to you from time to time;

(ii) faithfully and diligently perform such duties and exercise such powers as may from time to time be assigned to or vested in you;

(iii) accept such offices in any part of the Company as may be reasonably required by the Company;

(iv) comply with all rules and regulations from time to time issued by the Company to its employees;

(v) obey all reasonable and lawful directions given to you by or under the authority of the Company;

(vi) use your best endeavours to promote the interests and reputation of the Company; and

(vii) not do anything which is prejudicial to the Company.

When to use this document

Use this clause in a Service Agreement when you want to define the duties of a Director.
