Clause wording: You shall not during your employment (except as a representative of the Company or with the consent in writing of the Company) be directly or indirectly engaged or concerned in the conduct of any other business, trade, profession or occupation (whether as an employee, consultant, agent, director or otherwise) nor shall you be, directly or indirectly, financially interested in any such business.

When to use this document

Use this clause to clarify the rules which the director is expected to follow in relation to outside business interests.
