Indefinite

Your employment commences or shall be deemed to have commenced on [date] and shall continue, subject to the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, until terminated by either party giving to the other not less than [ ] months' written notice.

Fixed term

Subject to the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, your employment is for a fixed term of [ ] years from the date of commencement, provided that the contract will be extended by one year on each anniversary of the date of commencement, unless not less than [ ] months' written notice of non-renewal has been given by either party.
