Indefinite
Your
employment commences
or shall be deemed to have commenced on [date] and shall continue, subject to
the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, until terminated by either
party giving to the other not less than [ ] months' written notice.
Fixed term
Subject to the
other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, your employment is for a fixed term
