Clause wording:

(A) Without prejudice to any other duty owed to the Company under which you have to keep secret information received or obtained by you in confidence, you agree that you shall not use, divulge or communicate to any person, firm or organisation (other than in the course of properly performing your duties or with the consent of the Company or as required by a court of competent jurisdiction) any of the trade secrets or other confidential, technical or commercial information of the Company relating to the business, organisation, transactions, accounts, finances or affairs of the Company which you may have received or obtained while in the service of the Company. This includes:

(i) any information relating to the trading position of the Company including in particular, names of clients, customers and suppliers, and reports, papers and other information prepared for the Company or acquired by the Company which you obtained or received while employed by the Company; and

(ii) any document or other item marked or identified as confidential.
