Clause wording: Upon the termination of the Employment:

(A) you shall immediately deliver to the Company:

(i) all documents and other materials of whatsoever nature whether originals or copies made or compiled by or delivered to you during your employment and concerning the business, organisation, transactions, accounts, finances or affairs of the Company and you shall not retain any copies; and

(ii) all other property of the Company in your possession or under your control including any motor car made available to you, which shall be returned in good condition (fair wear and tear excepted); and

(B) you shall at the request of the Company, resign without claim for compensation from all other offices held by you in the Company. Should you fail to do so the Company is hereby irrevocably authorised to appoint a person to sign any documents and to do any things necessary or requisite to give effect thereto; and

(C) the Company shall be entitled to deduct from any monies due to you (including remuneration) any sums due from you to the Company; and

(D) you shall at the request of the Company, sign an undertaking in favour of the Company stating that you have complied with the provisions of sub-clause (A) hereof.
