Probationary employees

The Company's standard disciplinary procedure will apply only to employees who have [ ] months' continuous service at the date of the commission of any offence. Employees with less service who commit an offence or whose performance falls below the standard required may be liable, at the management's discretion, to dismissal where appropriate without the application of the Company's standard disciplinary procedure.
