Introduction
It is necessary for
the proper operation of the Company's business and the health and safety of the
Company's employees that the Company operates a disciplinary procedure. The
following procedure will be applied fairly in all instances where disciplinary
action is regarded as necessary by the Company's management save to the extent
that a minor reprimand is given for any minor act of misconduct committed by an
employee. |
