When to use this model contract clause for employees working abroad

Use this model clause in a seconded employee’s contract to set out his or her entitlement to expenses for costs related to his or her accomodation while living abroad.

Clause wording

The Employer will provide you [and your wife and children] with suitable furnished accommodation and shall be responsible for all rent payable on that accommodation and the cost of insuring and maintaining it.
