Clause wording: When your secondment is finished the Employer will seek to find you continued employment in a position in the UK on no less favourable terms than you will have expected to enjoy had you continued to work in the UK.

Law relating to this document

The issue of what happens when the employee returns to the UK will have to be dealt with in discussions with the employee being seconded.
