Clause wording: A secondment arrangement shall be governed by English law and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court in respect of this Agreement.

Law relating to this document

It would be sensible for the employer to state which country's law of which country applies to the secondment agreement being entered into between the parties and in which country's courts it will be enforceable.
