Clause wording:
Basic pay, bonuses, overtime and shift allowances are subject to negotiation
and/or consultation between the Employer and the union recognised by the
Employer for the purposes of collective bargaining. You agree to be bound by the
rates to be negotiated from time to time between the Employer and the union
recognised by the Employer for the purposes of collective bargaining regardless
of whether you are a member of any such union. |
