Clause wording: You will, when required by the Employer, be available to work, up to [number of hours] complete hours' overtime per week in excess of your normal working hours although the Employer does not guarantee that overtime will be available to you. It is a condition of your contract of employment that you agree to work these additional hours when asked to do so.
