Clause wording: The payment
of occupational sick pay is dependent upon you complying with all the rules of
the Employer's sick pay scheme including the rules concerning the notification
of your absence to your supervisor by [time] on the first day of absence from
work. Any day's leave which has not been notified to the Employer in line with
the rules will be treated as unauthorised absence, and occupational sick pay
will not be paid for that day. |
