Clause wording: Before starting employment with the Employer, the employee will be required to complete a health questionnaire.

It is a condition of the employee's contract of employment that he/she agrees on request by the Employer to undergo at the Employer's expense any medical examinations by such doctor or doctors as the Employer shall nominate.
