Clause wording: This statement sets out the proposed terms and conditions of employment between [ ] ('the Employer') and [ ] ('you') which will take effect from the date of your signature and (where relevant) will replace in their entirety all existing terms and conditions, agreements and arrangements whether in writing or otherwise.

The Employer may amend or vary your terms of employment from time to time and shall notify you of such amendments or variation by posting them on the staff notice board if the change is minor or informing you in writing if the change is more substantial.
